We came in to triview to get some ideas. We already visited several different shower door locations and either they had no showroom or their prices were not transparent. TriView is different because as we had an unusual shape shower door. They said let us come to your house and measure first without a payment without anything. They came over that impressed me a lot. They came and measured. Then maybe 2 to 3 weeks later we went and visited their location they were hospitable, patient and provided me the comfort that earned business. 10 days later they delivered my brand new shower door and it is beautiful and I tested it out after they said I had to wait 48 hours. Carpenter blames the mirror person, mirror installer blames the carpenter . The doors were here onsite when their measurer came . He called have looked at the doors and said this would not work. Disgusted with three times trying "to make it right ". Once project was completely paid I did the follow up calls as to where my doors were and when they would be installed. Plenty of nasty attitude from the their installer who was very friendly before the job was paid. I'm disappointed, frustrated and fed up. Don't try to make it right , make it right . We visited TriView three times before making our selection. We had visited other showrooms in the area but decided on TriView. It was a great decision. The ladies in the showroom were knowledgable and friendly. They answered all of our questions and concerns. The man who came to measure was also friendly and polite. So was the installer, who again, answered questions we had for him. We absolutely made the right choice going with TriView. We love our doors and have gotten so many compliments on them. We just had our third job completed by Triview over the course of 12 years. They have managed to exceed expectations every time! I would not have given all 5 stars even for this quality job however, since I maintain very high expectations when I pay a professional for their work. The fifth star is because all four crews who have worked in our home - and the several techs who came to measure and Jennifer in the office - have been friendly, professional and always helpful. This speaks to the company culture; they obviously like their job and the working conditions. This includes the time there was a misunderstanding in measurements when they came to install. No one ever became upset or unfriendly; they just set about the correction with the same professionalism they displayed when handling things which went smoothly. I should note that the misunderstanding turned out to be my fault, yet nobody from Triview ever made that an issue. I would say that I hope Joe Gonzales knows how fortunate he is to have this team, but I suspect he knows that already. Highly recommended! read more

I'm editing my review because as Tricia pointed out, I did in fact have the wrong store. My boyfriend pointed out that the store where we actually had the horrible customer service experience was up the block from this store (both are located on old country road). We actually did come to this location and the woman behind the front desk was absolutely wonderful! She showed us around the place and even recommended a few different business, since we were mostly looking for vanity's and not showers. Their customer service was great (and the other place up the street should actually learn a thing or two). We purchased a shower door from them 3 years ago and got a good deal - they worked with our budget and gave us personal attention. The owner came to do the measuring himself and made sure all the walls were level then had his guys do the install shortly after. I mention 3 years ago because our bathroom and whole 2nd floor was new and over time the walls and everything settled. This caused the shower door which is hinged to the wall to not be completely level anymore and the door would not close completely. They came back after this much time and did not give us any problems about coming back to make an adjustment. They even came on the same day. Can't say enough about their service. The hardware and glass are still holding up like new. read more

I would give zero stars if that was an option. Extremely long process from ordering to installation due to my doors becoming a special order after initial measurement visit. My frustration is mainly with customer service. I had to follow-up with them every step of the way: follow-up call as to when is my measurement going to be scheduled; follow-up call on order since it was a special order; follow-up call on delivery. We'll call you right back translates to 2-3 days later. Finally scheduled for installation; requested a Saturday. Was informed they don't normally do Saturdays, but they'll check. Get a call-back, they can do Saturday. Great. Get called 45 minutes before scheduled time window on Saturday to be told they are NOT coming because they forgot to order the hardware. Requested a call from a supervisor. Somebody needed to hear about the ridiculous run-around and lack of customer service since I rearranged my regular Saturday schedule to make it work. It took yet another phone call from me on Wednesday asking when a supervisor was going to call me back. Supervisor refused to discount anything for this horrible experience. They do not care about customer service after they get your initial deposit! read more

We just had our shower custom walls and doors installed by TriView Reflections. We had a very pleasant and satisfactory experience with them. We initially just walked in to get a quick quote and were honest in letting Joe know that we'll be going to other places for quotes as well. Joe and his staff were very understanding and gave us the best quote they could offer. We ended up going back in few days to finalize our purchase, had our measurements done the same week, and exactly 2 weeks from that day we had our glass walls and door installed, as promised. I usually don't write reviews because of my very busy schedule but I felt I had to take the time to praise TriView Reflections! After much shopping around, we decided to go with TriView Reflections at 653 Old Country Rd in Westbury. Joe, the owner, gave us a fair price similar to other companies. We had excellent mirrors and quality shower doors installed in our 3 newly constructed baths about eight months ago. During that time we had a ding from the factory on one of them. TriView came back immediately to replace it. Then we had some leakage from a hinge in another bathroom and again they made an appointment and followed up. They are here right now fixing a plastic strip which came loose from the bottom of one of the shower doors. They not only call to tell us they are on the way but they arrive in a timely fashion and give no hassles whatsoever. It is a pleasure to work with this company. Melanie and Denise in the showroom are very sweet and helpful and Rich the technician is quite knowledgeable and pleasant and so is Joe. I can't say enough good things about them considering the problems I have had with other services. 5 stars all the way. read more

Stay away from Triview Reflection at Westbury, NY. I bought a glass shower door and paid in full. It took more than 2.5 weeks for them to come measure my bathroom for the glass door. I threaten them that I am cancelling the order and they immediately sent someone to measure. Then it took another 2 weeks for them to come install the shower door. 3 days after the shower door was installed, the rubber piece which is suppose to seal the water from splashing out the shower door came off the glass door. I called Denise at Triview Reflections in Westbury. She told me to send the picture to her email because she is with a customer and she will call me back. She never called me. I have to drive all the way to Westbury to show her the picture of the rubber seal that came off. She insisted that I fix the rubber seal myself and she hesitated sending a service. For all the money I paid for the glass door, I got a very poor service and when I asked for a free squeegee, I was told they are out of it and they don't give out free squeegee. Its a lie because my friend who had them install the glass shower door got free "Triview squeegee" and free can of glass cleaner. Stay out of this business if you don't want headache. I will put a hold on my credit card payment until they send the strive to fix the loose rubber seal. read more
