He did not fill up the tank with water and the heating elements burned up!!! When she attempted on numerous occasions to contact him, he wanted to her another service fee to come back to her house!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! No further follow up or making this mistake right for her! Another company had to be hired to fix this issue!!!!

He said that the leak was under the concrete once he looked around my house, but he was unable to find its position. A deposit of $852.50 was made, and the leak was to be fixed on 12/21/24 at 9 a.m. My husband and I discovered the leak--a hose behind my refrigerator--shortly after he left my house. After sending Th_m_s D_rh_ m a video, I called him and gave him the location of the leak. I requested a reimbursement of my $752.50 deposit because the work he wanted to do beneath the concrete was unnecessary. I added that I was still willing to pay him $100 for his time coming out to my house. He claimed that his wife, C_ss_e, (the secretary at Swat Plumbing) had already gone to the bank and cashed the check. He said he would be busy with other projects that day when I tried to arrange a time and date to meet to pick up my money. Later in the evening I called and texted multiple times after our phone conversation regarding the deposit, but I've received no response. On 12/26/24, I contacted the number he provided me for his wife C_ss_e to inquire about the deposit, but I received a text from a different number shortly after saying, "Hey Mrs Perez ( C_ss_e mailed yall a check ). I can hear you when you called just now but for some reason you can't hear me." As of today, 1/5/24, neither Th_m_s nor C_ss_e D_rh_m (Swat Plumbing LLC.) has contacted me and no check was received.
