I spent several weeks calling different businesses, desperately searching for a one-stop-shop company that could work quickly to return a home that had been unoccupied for over a year to a livable condition. I couldn't find a single company willing to handle everything I needed until I found this one. I specifically wanted to avoid hiring multiple companies, knowing that would significantly increase the cost.
This company was available on short notice and completed the job in just four days, working part-time after fitting me in between their other projects. They removed an enormous amount of trash and broken items, including large pieces of furniture, hauling everything to the landfill or recycling it appropriately. The volume was so significant that they filled a trailer three separate times.
They also emptied and thoroughly cleaned all kitchen cabinets, the refrigerator, and other areas to remove expired items. The home was cleaned from ceiling to floor -- including vacuuming the ceilings, magic erasing the walls, shampooing the carpets, mopping the kitchen and bathroom floors, and completing multiple loads of laundry. Every area I requested was organized, and the level of detail was impressive.
I honestly don't know how they accomplished as much as they did in such a short amount of time. They worked efficiently, communicated clearly throughout the process, and were very fair in their pricing. They also remained on site until I personally inspected their work, which they requested themselves. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of comprehensive, reliable, and efficient service. read more
