Worst business conducts were found at Liberty wrecker service…read more My wife and I relocated from Los Angeles CA to Douglasville GA. It was the first time we parked our empty dry van trailer at the "At Home" store parking lot. I was worried if they have any parking restriction for their lot, I even checked the whole lot for any warning signs, but couldn't find any. So we dropped our trailer at a space far away from the front lot, where no any other vehicle were parked, hopefully it can be a temporary spot for us to park our trailer before we can find a permanent rental parking space. Only two days later when we drove by the lot and found our trailer is gone, at first I thought it was stolen, then I went to the At Home store and ask the manager if he knows anything about our missing trailer, then he proudly announced he called Liberty wrecker service to tow away our trailer. I ask him why don't they place any parking restriction signs in their lot, all he did was giving me the "I don't know" body gesture and told me he was sorry, then give the number to call... The on duty guy from liberty wrecker service was clueless of what's going on at first, he then found out our trailer was just towed into their lot yesterday afternoon, and told us we had to pay $650 towing fee if we want to get it out from their yard, I asked him is it a scam that they or At Home store didn't place any parking restriction signs in that parking lot? Then he got furious and said either we paid the fee or they keep our trailer. Since the notorious towing companies are one of the least regulated businesses that will consider "treat others the way we want to be treated" when it comes to how they want to make their money, so I stooped reason with the guy on the phone and headed to their lot in Villa Rica GA with the CASH (real reason for cash only remains unknown) he requested. But before I went there, I walked around At Home's parking lot to record evidence that they had no parking restriction signs place in the lot, guess what, there actually was just one 7" x 10" sign placed behind a bush near one of the three parking lot entrance, and that entrance is inaccessible to big rigs. Which made it even more obvious that they were violating the code of conduct, trying to make their life easier by making it harder for others.

I ended up cancelling the request, and going with a different company that was a little closer in proximity because even though I called both companies at the same time, the other arrived before this one. All in all, the distance hindered the use of their service.

My experience with this mechanic was extremely frustrating. I brought my own alternator to have it…read moreinstalled. During the installation, the mechanic damaged my radiator. He initially said I would have to pay for the replacement, but eventually admitted fault and purchased another radiator. The replacement was then installed incorrectly. My A/C stopped working, and I developed a coolant leak. The mechanic made several attempts to fix the situation but ultimately told me he could not find where the leak was coming from and that I needed to locate it myself. I was also frustrated by the way I was treated during the process. The mechanic complained about having to continue working on the vehicle and told me that my money wasn't worth it. The office did not offer a refund or a reasonable solution, and I was left with a vehicle that I could not drive. This was not a simple situation where a repair didn't work the first time. The original problem was an alternator installation, and I ended up dealing with a damaged radiator, an improperly installed replacement, loss of A/C, a coolant leak, and an undriveable vehicle. I'm leaving this review so other customers can make an informed decision before trusting this company with their vehicle.

Review 1 -- Personal & Strong…read more 1 Star -- Extremely Disappointing and Unsafe Experience I would give ABC Towing zero stars if Google allowed it. I was left waiting outside at night for more than three hours for a tow truck that never showed up. Throughout the entire ordeal, I was repeatedly given different ETAs and told someone was on the way. I continued waiting because I was relying on the information they gave me. Hours passed, and there was still no truck. As a woman stranded at night, I found the entire situation incredibly unsettling. There was no urgency, no meaningful follow-up, and absolutely no follow-through. Then, after keeping me waiting for hours, the service was ultimately canceled around 11 PM. This was handled terribly from beginning to end. If ABC Towing couldn't fulfill the request, they should have communicated that instead of repeatedly giving inaccurate arrival times and leaving someone stranded. Completely unacceptable service. I would not recommend this company.
