Jeneve Corporation built our house in Plymouth, MA and the entire experience was outstanding, from…read morefirst-class customer service to the highest quality workmanship. We could not be more pleased with our house. Jeneve Corp. custom built a house for us while we were out of the area and the entire experience, from start to finish, was exceptional. Once we had selected the basic floor plan, Jeneve Corp. worked with us to modify it to our needs. Steve Webby provided his recommendations based on years of experience and accommodated all our requests. No job was too big or too small, they worked diligently on them all. These included grading the lot to personal preference, adding a walk-out basement with high ceilings, installing a personalized tile medallion in the kitchen, expanding the garage, adding a front porch, installing built-in bookcases and one-of-a-kind China cabinet, customized interior painting, modifying lighting and electrical work, adding an extension to the driveway, unique tile work in the kitchen and bathrooms, and customized siding and roofing. From gorgeous hard wood floors to high ceilings and superb exterior design, the house is truly amazing and just what we wanted. Jeneve Corp. maintained active, continuous communication throughout the house-building progress, updating us on the progress and guiding us through all the decisions we had to make. The process was painless and rewarding. All Jeneve personnel, including excavator, electrician, plumber, carpenter, painter, and tile installer are true professionals who are experts at their jobs and put the customer first. The workmanship is truly unparalleled. Even after completion, Jeneve Corp. still maintains contacts with us to ensure everything with the house remains fine. They care about their customers and stand by their work! We could not be happier with our house - from the beautiful design to the quality workmanship to the continued support after completion - and give our strongest recommendation to Jeneve Corp. for anyone looking to build or renovate their house.

I needed to have the roof replaced on the estate house within 30 days for insurance purposes. I contacted Vaz Construction and was connected with Elijah DeSouzs as my project manger. He was the best. Kept in touch with me on a timely basis, always on time for on-site appointments, knowledgeable about the roof products and friendly and kind. We were able to get the job done within my time frame. The roofing crew worked from morning until night and they were great! They left no mess or debri in the yard. If you need any construction work done, call Vaz and ask for Elijah. You won't be sorry.

One guy would be there for three days and then someone new would show up and have no clue what the last guy did. One of the employees painted the bathroom walls without even wiping the walls down after sanding. What a mess and it had to all be redone, which I am sure would not have happened if I did not complain. At one point, I had to tell the project manager that I did not want anyone in my home until I met with him. The lack of craftsmanship, and integrity was upsetting to say the least. Who puts kitchen cabinets in before painting??? Once the job was complete, it took Vaz Construction another month to come back and finish the things that were not completed. Overall the experience was very disappointing, even more-so with the amount of money they charged us for their sub par work.
