But, I could do without the young grandchild interrupting the conversation with her prattle, getting in the way coloring on the desk and trying to sit in grandmothers lap while I was trying to buy a trailer. A strong willed, undisciplined child has no place in a professional sales office. I realize it was only a $1000 transaction but I did expect a little more professionalism. The available selection of trailers is very slim looking more like models to order from rather than to purchase from, I gave a deposit and was told the trailer would be delivered in two or three days, it finally arrived 9 days later and only after I asked for a refund of the deposit, specifically asked for and was promised white spoke wheels to match the wheels on the towing truck but I left with the silver wheels and received a spring assist rear ramp which I did not order but was not charged for. I did receive a hearty thank you for the business and apology for the delay in delivery. As I hooking up the trailer, Ms Hutchens made a quick exit back to her office as I was checking out the lights and returned very briefly to help. I saved about $150 buying from Trinity Trailer but in hindsight I would have been better off going to another lot and paying a little more and getting more real service. I would not buy from them again.

If I could give a "half star" I would. Just got off the phone with Marshall. I was inquiring…read moreabout why the coach batteries had stopped charging from the engine alternator when the engine is running. And also inquired about adding a DC to DC charger. He told me it wasn't possible that the coach batteries were ever charging from my alternator (wrong), and that in order to charge them the coach would have to be plugged in or the generator running (wrong again). I told him I disagreed and that I had a Lithium battery with an app that showed the charge of 75 Amps to the battery when the engine was running. Then he told me I had fouled everything up by replacing the lead acid with a Lithium and that my charging system was all wrong. I informed him that the converter had been upgraded to accomodate a lithium charge profile, and that one of the items I inquired about in my message was installing a DC to DC charger to regulate this while driving. After a few more hems and haws I finally said I get the impression you either dont want to look at it or dont know how to do it. He then got angry and said he was just trying to get the "coach history" and ended by saying he wouldnt look at it due to "extensive modifications". LMAO....swapping a battery and upgrading the converter is extensive modifications? Save the dime...call someone who knows what they are doing.
