My tiny storage unit was supposed to be $60 according to THEIR sign on their building, it was $90... plus insurance which made it over $110 a month for a 6x10. Super expensive. NOT ONLY THAT but most importantly it is supposed to be climate controlled and it isn't. Whatever the temp is outside is what it is inside. My stuff got mold on it even though we paid for inside climate controlled storage. There is also rat droppings and dead cockroaches everywhere so it is obvious they have a pest problem.

Having stored a house full of…read morebelongings at the Curry location and paying $90/mo we find out as we are moving our things out of storage that the storage facility has a major problem with condensation on their roofing which falls like rain water on everything inside the facility each morning. My wife asked them before we ever moved in if there were any problems and we were assured that our belongings would be fine and that they had some people who had been storing in the facility for years. After less that a year we have 85% of our belongings with mold and corrosion and not only are we out the cost of storage but we are also out much of the belongings we stored. Do not use Park and Store of Jasper or Curry the storage facilities are sub par and you would be better off looking for a different location to store your possessions.

So to start with I have rented a 10' by 15' unit from this facility for several years. Back when it…read morewas Megaplex it was about customer care. Something went wrong with the gate code there was someone always ready to take a call to help. And then USA Storage bought it and this is where the problems began. The price to start was $68 a month for an outside accessible storage space. Great!!! Then USA started jacking up the price without a warning. Then the price went from $68 to $80's then to $100's and finally landed at $116 a month. Then several issues with the codes. Change after change with no call or text even though they had my number. Oh but we sent an email. Since I get about 3 thousand junk emails a week I don't scroll looking for an email from USA telling me about said changes. Since I get home once every 3-5 weeks and always on a Saturday never through the week I usually get blindsided with changes to codes or just the gate Will not open even if code works. And who to call after hours or the weekend? Nobody cause this place has become an unmanned money pit. After several years of dealing with this garbage I decided to take off work and get my mower's and chainsaws out of there. The day I got my stuff out they hit me with another $116 dollar bill on my account. They like to deny you access but they still get their money. Avoid these crooks cause they only care about your money.
