Love God, love your neighbor.
If you'd like this to be your mission, and you want support along the way, this is the right church for you.
All are welcome, and they really do mean all. There are 3 services on Sunday morning that are traditional in format, language, and music while progressive in viewpoint and attitude. The Sunday evening service is a quiet, contemplative, Eucharist service.
They offer adult Sunday school at 10:30 on Sundays that is full of stories and laughter illustrated with great art. The children's program is excellent.
On a personal note, if you are a former R. Catholic who seeks a similar style of worship but in a church that treats men, women, and gay people as equals, you should visit Trinity Folsom.
When you arrive you'll be given a bulletin with everything you need to know to follow the service. There is a lot of the sit, stand, sit, etc. stuff, but you'll catch on and nobody minds if you are out of sync with the regulars.
