Like everyone else buying an engagement ring I visited all the websites and went to many, many jewelry stores in an effort to find the perfect ring. It intrigued me that Trinity Diamonds had a relationship with Ritani.com as their local jeweler, but that was not necesarily what made me choose them. The reason I chose to buy my ring at Trinity was that they were the only place that actually acknowledged, and even embraced, the role that the internet now plays into buying an engagement ring. I actually felt like they were on my side and their highest calling was to get me the ring I wanted. Instead of disparaging the internet searches that everyone now starts with in an effort to appear to be the 'expert', they encouraged it and used their relationship with Ritani.com to get me an amazing emerald cut diamond and gorgeous setting. They even suggested a few custom tweaks to the Ritani setting I chose that made a great ring into a perfect ring. It ended up being the perfect blend of leveraging the strength of the internet & Ritani to get me the best diamond and setting possible, using their expertise to guide me and recommend custom tweaks, and the 'bend over backward' customer service of a small business owner. First, Trinity Diamonds was not even on my radar to present my idea of my dream diamond ring for my 25th wedding anniversary. My husband gave me his dads old gold and diamond ring to get me started. After visiting two other jewelry stores I soon became overwhelmed and discouraged, it appeared the old ring didn't have enough value for them to deal with. So in chatting with my neighbor, she highly recommended Trinity Diamonds. I 100% highly recommend Trinity Diamonds!!!!!! I do not even know where to begin with how impressed I was by the whole visit and obviously my ring!!! My Fiance and I came in after we had a very unfortunate situation happen with my first engagement ring. Long story short the product that was agreed upon was not the product we got. Our spirits were a bit upset by this. As soon as we walked into Trinity we felt cared for and there was a clear positive atmosphere! I recently purchased a snazzy and beautiful Men's Carnelian Ring set in Sterling Silver from SilverDoveCompany in Butte, Montana. The ring was a size 10, and I needed it resized to a size 8. I couldn't find anyone of the finest jewelers here in Fort Lauderdale to resize the ring for fear that the stone would break. The most pleasant and professional jewelers in Tucson! The staff is incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. I recently replaced my damaged wedding ring of 28 years with a new one from Trinity diamonds. They helped me find a design similar to my original ring and even resized and repaired the original so I can wear it on another finger.
