They also had the audacity to tell me that my battery terminal always had a hose clamp on it when I know it didn't (I added photos showing they didn't put it on and left it to the side). Their words, not mine: "best mechanics in town". That's a lot of talk for improperly putting on a battery and God knows what else.

Finally found Tow Tator ! After sitting long the interstate for 4 hours they showed up. We should have called them first. It took some maneuvering because there was no front wheel and the right wheel had broken off, but they were able to get the trailer up on their truck and deliverer to the repair place , They knew what they were doing. Because the right wheel was gone and we were on the shoulder the trailer was tilting severely and could have gone all the way over. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful guys.
