First I was amazed by the beautiful church building and the warm smile that greeted me while entered into the church. I've chatted about what to eat while I'm in RI. Also, during the prayer, a church member invited me over to pray with her. The church seems like they have various ministries for everyone and I was impressed with the deaf ministry and their small but dynamic choir was amazing to hear. Finally Pastor Carlos sermon was power and biblically based and throughout the sermon I experienced Christ's love and grace. Pastor Carlos and his whole family greeted me after the sermon and I was able to have a great conversation. If I lived in the area, this would defiantly be my home-church where I would be able to grow in faith, fellowship and be discipled.

I finally let God into my heart and the support has been indescribable. Pastor Mike is welcoming,friendly and available. I also have enjoyed hearing John and Dereks sermons in Mikes absences. The members here are supportive and friendly. Always a good morning and how are you. They offer tons of groups, including a 13 week grief group. I did not complete the entire program but the weeks I attended helped me greatly. They offer a highly secure center during services. This Church strives to spread the word of God but never feels pushy. They do so much in the community. I am proud to be on my way to Baptist and membership at Ocean State.

Was told by him that he loved me and we were friends. Mostly it was the pastor that turned against me. The famous one won't talk to me. The pastor sent me some very offensive text messages. It was innuendo and suggesting something about me. No questions have been asked at any time. I feel like my character was asinated. Tried to attend and was not allowed. I wanted to have a discussion but the pastor doesn't have the capacity to listen. I believe I have been burned.

The new pastor for the last few years is excellent and has revamped the place as a whole - new landscaping, painting, and programs (devotions etc). From years back the music was shabby as was the management, today the music program reflects the parish - polished. Excellent organist, cantor, and choir. The organ is only played, no guitars or keyboards. Thankfully the sounds of the seashore and sound machine have been muted for proper hymns, chants, etc. The closet thing to Rome!

The longer I've been with them the more I know I am home with true Christian's of faith. The pastor's are amazing. I can't wait for church every Sunday. They don't just lecture like most churches they help you understand the meaning of each scripture in ways anyone can understand and often times with some humor. It's a true down to earth God loving church.
