He doesn't put himself on a pedestal. He admits he is flawed and challenged like the rest of us. Everyone is invited to have as much input as they would like. Questions are invited after the sermon (officially the Q&A section). And if you have a talent, want to be involved in worship planning, teach kids classes, you will be welcomed and supported. The choir is fantastic and while the musical selections are traditional and generally older, they create a welcome, spiritual, and comtemplative service.
