I didn't want to join a global gym as I wanted more of a one on one training to ensure correct form but also a small group training atmosphere to provide the commodity and motivation. I purchased a punch card for ten (10) visits to give it a try and the first week, I knew it was the place for me. Coach Connie and Coach Lou make sure you stretch before and after the workout and I am confident I am in great hands when it comes to instruction, safety and being challenged during the workouts. Super excited to start this chapter of my workout journey with these amazing group of people!

All boxes are checked when it comes to this facility. It's clean, the coaches are friendly and so informative with nutrition and various workout activities, also it's multiple time slots to accommodate your schedule. You're able to work through each routine at your own pace but at the same time, the coaches will encourage you to push yourself because they see your potential. Each coach is very supportive throughout my weight loss journey and I had the opportunity to meet some very nice people that inspired me to keep trusting the process. I would highly recommend giving this place a try. You have nothing to lose except inches and pounds!

What a great find!…read more I wanted to start back my workout routine but I did not want to go to a traditional gym. The crowded machine, the cost and it's not hard to feel intimidated by the many fit bodies running a hundred miles an hour and slamming down a 100 pound weight as if it's nothing. Yeah I know I'm exaggerating a bit but for me gyms are sometimes very overwhelming. After weeks of searching I came up empty handed trying to find a substitute for a gym until a friend suggested Groupon. Through Groupon I was able to find this hidden gem Newnan Fit Body Boot Camp. They offer a 3 day free trial which of course I took advantage of. You have to schedule an appointment for your first visit which might be a couple days out. It took just 1 class to confirm that I was in the right place. Forget about having to self motivate yourself on a equipment and say hello to what feels like a personal training session. The class I attended was a high intensity cardio workout with no equipment just you and your body. It was very challenging but hearing the upbeat music combined with the fitness instructor Chloe Jones motivating and pushing me, at the end of the 30mins I felt amazing! I've definitely found my workout home!!!

Crunch has wrongly continued to charge my husband and I $30 per month for the last five months…read moreafter I cancelled our memberships in-person due to a military PCS. The first issue was with my membership - they charged me for roughly two months, and then begrudgingly finally gave me a refund after I called incessantly. Now, the issue is my husband's membership - I have called dozens of times, only to be told the "manager will handle it later" (which, shocker - he never does!). 9/10 times when I call, an incompetent teenager picks up and clearly has no idea how to handle the situation (nor has the "power" to). Multiple staff members have acknowledged that I did in fact come in person to cancel both of our memberships in MARCH (it's now mid-July, mind you), but no one has cared enough to stop the charges. They know full well that we are no longer able to come in-person to demand this be rectified due to the fact that we moved out of state. I'm sure they would continue to take our money indefinitely if they could - luckily I have already requested a stop charge from USAA. As the customer, *I* should not have to be the one remembering to call back dozens of times over FIVE months to try to get MY money back. As a fellow business owner, I cannot even imagine treating customers so abhorrently. Disgusting and unprofessional. 0/10 would not recommend signing up for this gym if you are a military family or anticipate ever needing to cancel your membership. We were members for two years, and if I could somehow get every penny we gave to this shitty gym back, I would do it in a heartbeat. Before this all took place, I often recommended Crunch to friends. I will never recommend this gym to anyone again. Additionally, I will be escalating this to the BBB and AG as a) Crunch had FIVE whole months to rectify this, and *chose* not to, and b) I am clearly not the only person who has had this issue.
