We are locals and have watched this couple through numerous photoshoots on Kapalua Bay while we walk our dogs in the morning. We were very impressed at how they interact with clients and get them doing fun, unusual stuff so we booked them when our family came over from the Mainland and London. Booking was easy, photos were online to choose from, and the package was very competitively priced, with Kamaaina rates too.
I like their website which gives you advice on what colours to wear, and what to expect. Plus a gallery of previous photos so you can see how they pose people and what clothing works best. Great advice if you haven't done this type of thing before. Be prepared to get wet whatever you wear :)
We met up early morning at Kapalua Bay and the photoshoot was hilarious, full of fun, and laughter. Everyone enjoyed themselves and even the nervous amongst us relaxed. They get you doing all sorts of silly stuff just to get you in the mood, not every photo will be "the one" so expect a few odd ones in the bunch. However they took some AMAZING photos, of the group, couples and individuals. We were blown away by them, especially the moving water ones, where the timing was exact! We were spoiled for choice trying to choose which photos to purchase over the 30 included in the package we picked.
If you are looking for family or wedding/engagement, or group photography Trillium is the BEST! I would recommend them 100%.
