When I went to pick them up, the schnauzer had a noticeable cut and it looked nice. However, when I went to the car and really looked at the Yorkie, his face was chopped to s__t! I asked for a puppy cut and she took the hair around his nose down to nothing. It was chopped im layers, so on even! He had no shape to him. The hair on his body was never touched. The hair hair from his head to the the neck was a good inch longer. She never touched his back end! This is the part that drives me crazy.... she changed me and extra $10 because she had a hard time cutting his nails. She did absolutely nothing but chop up his face and and trim his nails and charged $60. I will never go back!

We had a bad experience the last time we had to board our little doggie at another facility, so we were a little apprehensive trying a new place. Josh and the team at PC were so amazing and kind. My dog loves it there. She came back more obedient and well-behaved. It was such a pleasant experience and we will absolutely be back. I feel like Josh and the team at PC is part of our extended dog family.

They said absolutely if she had all her vaccinations which she does. We arrived and they were so nice to her and us. We were given a link to keep an eye on her throughout the day, she had so much fun but was a bit shy! They took her to eat with them making sure she had a bit extra care. When we arrived they brought her to us with a gift bag filled with toys and treats for her and us. We were told she had an amazing day and was welcome back any time. We asked about how to pay and they informed us her first day was free. We were absolutely speechless, it isn't very often that a business cares and truly appreciates our business. We were also impressed at how they loved each dog that walked I. As if they were their own. I will definitely be taking her there for many of the amenities and services they provide. A huge thank you for taking the time and loving what you all do.

Brett is very flexible and accommodating, and I appreciate that it's always him who shows up to walk my dog. The consistency is fantastic, and so is the fact that he's licensed and insured. It's a wonderful moment during the day to get photos and a walk report, and I can't thank him enough for the peace-of-mind he provides as a trusted dog walker.
