As many people are aware, home insurance rates have gone up exponentially throughout California due to wildfires and companies are leaving the state. We needed a new policy quickly. After contacting a few agents/brokers in the area, I decided that Fadaie was the way to go. John Mehr is the agent that I worked with; he has been very helpful. Not only did John follow up via phone and text, he provided competitive quotes in short time. John is thorough and committed to servicing his customers with detailed explanations of the policies, as well as the pros/cons of each option. He has a friendly manner and does not pressure his customers to secure business. Thanks for the help with our home policy, John. We are glad to work with you for our insurance needs!

I have been a customer of Fadaie Insurance for the past 5 years. I had always received good…read morecustomer service and had no issues until now. I had requested a quote for insurance and after two weeks of miscommunication, calls not returned and contact by a number of representatives, the only quote that I received was one that was higher than what I was already paying for. One advisor stated that he would continue to look for me, but I heard nothing back until I received a message from the owner, Kash Fadaie, who I'd had no involvement with until now. He asked whether we were prepared to move forward with a new quote that I never received Due to my frustration, I told him that in this experience, "the right hand didn't know what the left was doing." Multiple reps contacted me not knowing that the other was already servicing my request and requesting information already submitted. My complaint was legitimate and without aggression, yet Mr. Fadaie promptly responded in the most sarcastic, nonsensical and unprofessional manner. Not only was he defensive, but he lectured me in a very condescending way. Let me share his words and judge for yourself if this is the type of person you want to give your business to. Verbatim: Thanks for venting! Sorry to let you down. Not sure what you mean? I must to expand my agency, I will not prevent from new agents who want to succeed in the insurance business from their delegations. Yes regarding your left hand vs right hand, humans make mistakes; if you want to work with AI, be my guest - not my cup of tea. With humans, we afford each other grace, compassion and flexibility. Yes, we provide excellent customer service, not perfect, but we aim to evolve and we have a commitment to evolve our practice. What horrid service. I'm not some first-time, one-chance customer who caught them on a bad day…read more They've insured four vehicles for me over FIVE YEARS because I have been too lazy to bother finding a new agent. They do such a poor job on anything you might conceivably care about: correct facts, efficient communications, accurate bills, customer service attitude, you name it. Once they left me sitting at a car dealership while two salesmen and I sat and WAITED for them for TWO HOURS to fax a piece of paper to the dealership that they were supposed to have sent the week before!! I had to keep calling over and over again, while the salesmen sighed and tried to make light of it, using my prettiest-pleasiest voice to beg them to fax it - each time they snapped back at me about the extreme annoyance of what trouble it was and they just didn't know when they were going to get to it. (Again, they had been asked to send it the week before.) At this point they are technically engaging in insurance fraud, because they continue to refuse reimbursement of insurance for a vehicle I no longer own - about which I immediately sent them notarized letters of sale. With service like this, I may as well sign up for Satan's Auto! Can't be worse, right???
