I stopped by this office to introduce myself, ask if they accepted Tricare, and possibly schedule a future cleaning--not to request a same-day walk-in. When I arrived, I greeted the front desk staff warmly, but unfortunately was met with a cold and dismissive response. The receptionist didn't acknowledge me at first and instead looked down at her paperwork. After a pause, she finally asked how she could help, but in a tone that felt abrupt and unwelcoming. When I explained why I was there, she immediately cut me off to say they don't take walk-ins, without even hearing the rest of my question. As someone who serves in the Air Force and simply needed some basic information and documentation, I felt disrespected and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and courtesy. First impressions matter, especially in a healthcare setting. I hope the staff can be reminded of the importance of treating all potential patients with kindness and respect.

Went to appt, sent him back, and he comes out with two silver crowns. First, I did not authorize a change in treatment. Second, there was a substantial increase in cost. But most importantly, he didn't NEED two crowns! Furious As far as scheduling, I made two appts for 11am. They gave me the purple appt reminder slip. I was surprised to receive a confirmation text a week before the appt. Turns out, they rescheduled a week earlier and 90 minutes apart. When I called, they said they didn't know why anyone in the office would give us two appts at the same time on that day and what they sent for confirmation was all they had available.

Ashley was great and prompt with replying to calls and emails. Emily was awesome hygienist really through and ask really good questions and comforting . Dr John is really friendly and really took time to explain and talk. It did not feel rushed compared to some of the dentist I have been too. Didn't not get the person on the counter's name but she was nice enough and patient with me when I came in as a hot mess when asked for my docs Was there 8am on Monday - traffic can be a little intimidating but it took me approximately 20 mins get there and 10 mins to get back in time for work at 9am. X-ray were taken in the same room and projected on the screen so when discussing it you have a visual to look at. I did not spend much time waiting there was really just having my teeth clean and checked and good insightful friendly conversations . See you in six months :)

I decided it…read morewas time to find someone new, but would always put it off until my next appointment would come up and I would end up back and the original one and it would cost me more money out of pocket. I finally got proactive and got some recommendations from friends. I live in Park Circle so the idea of my dentist being two minutes away vs 30 minutes away was enticing so I called them first. It turned out that they had an opening for a new patient the next day. I booked it and got my records transferred over asap. So far I've only had the one appointment with hygienist Megan and saw Dr Peele afterwards, but both of them and the front desk staff were great. I am looking forward to continuing there and making them my new spot moving forward.

I stressed myself out for nothing. These women these professional women was simply God-given just for me. atmosphere was very light, joyful, and playful yet at the same time very serious. I recommend them very highly.
