    This business was hired to install a dishwasher. They installed it without securing the brackets so…read morethe dishwasher was mobile in the counter. I contacted them to fix the issue. He sent a technician named Roy (who no showed 2 times before showing up) from another company called DW appliance, who tried to secure it nailing in brackets but cracked my molding on both sides, left without securing it or even notifying me the job wasn't done. He told me it was secured. Quans retuned today weeks later, after promising me on the phone he would glue and paint the molding. He returned and put brackets on to secure it but did not repair the molding as promised, then stated there's nothing that can be done. Not responsive when asking for a refund. Completely cracked on both sides and looks terrible. Will be contacting yelp and the BBB

We feared that we would need to replace a $2500 appliance. I stopped by Moore Appliance to see if this is something they could take a look at. They set me up with an appointment for the next day "between 12 and 5." The technician called at 12:00 to let us know he was on the way, and he arrived about 10 minutes later. He immediately determined the previous occupants used oven cleaner, which clogged the burner and the gas intake. He explained you should not use oven cleaner on a gas over for this reason. He cleaned it out, tested the oven several times, and answered all of our questions. Super helpful, very professional, and much cheaper and easier than replacing the oven.

The young man I spoke with was courteous, professional, and transparent about what he would or wouldn't recommend for likely problems. Although he had set service appointments in the morning, he said try to be onsite the same day if possible. He contacted me about noon and advised he'd be there in 30 minutes, and was right on the estimated time. After inspecting the refrigerator he diagnosed a freon leak and discussed the costs and potential for further problems even after a repair. I was impressed with his commitment to ensuring a quality outcome and his concern about the age of the refrigerator requiring more expensive repairs in the near future. He could have made a significant amount of money fixing something in the short term, but chose to focus on ensuring I well-informed about likely near-term additional costs. Also, the service visit charge was very reasonable. Great professionalism and ethics; I'd gladly contact Summerlin's for any future appliance issues. No greeting, no basic courtesy--just cold, dismissive energy. For a business that serves the public, that kind of treatment is unacceptable. Customer service clearly isn't a priority here.

    I hardly ever leave a review for anything but coopers really went above and beyond for me, Not only…read moredid they do a great job on the septic tank they also made sure I knew I how to take care of it and and gave a couple landscaping tips. My brother also had his camper in my back yard and they used their work truck to help my brother pull his camper out since my brothers truck couldn't get it out. Then to top it all of they also dug a couple extra stumps out knocked a tree over for me and took care of a dirt pile that got left by a previous worker.
