He sent a technician named Roy (who no showed 2 times before showing up) from another company called DW appliance, who tried to secure it nailing in brackets but cracked my molding on both sides, left without securing it or even notifying me the job wasn't done. He told me it was secured. Quans retuned today weeks later, after promising me on the phone he would glue and paint the molding. He returned and put brackets on to secure it but did not repair the molding as promised, then stated there's nothing that can be done. Not responsive when asking for a refund. We feared that we would need to replace a $2500 appliance. I stopped by Moore Appliance to see if this is something they could take a look at. They set me up with an appointment for the next day "between 12 and 5." The technician called at 12:00 to let us know he was on the way, and he arrived about 10 minutes later. He immediately determined the previous occupants used oven cleaner, which clogged the burner and the gas intake. He explained you should not use oven cleaner on a gas over for this reason. He cleaned it out, tested the oven several times, and answered all of our questions. Super helpful, very professional, and much cheaper and easier than replacing the oven.

He contacted me about noon and advised he'd be there in 30 minutes, and was right on the estimated time. After inspecting the refrigerator he diagnosed a freon leak and discussed the costs and potential for further problems even after a repair. I was impressed with his commitment to ensuring a quality outcome and his concern about the age of the refrigerator requiring more expensive repairs in the near future.
