Friendly, extremely knowledgeable, showed us all the different options available, what would be good, what wasn't etc. Gave us some flooring samples to take home and came round a couple of days later to discuss and guess what? She recommended the cheapest of the two "final choices" we had made! What a great buying experience. Communication re: installation was fantastic; installation was complete in under two days....shoutout to Ernesto and his team for a great job!
