I have not actually used the business yet, however, after visiting their facilities, they were friendly and eager to help.

They are located right by Norman Hospital and have plenty of parking on site. The building is well kept and the inside was nice. I've been in some where peeling paint, Christmas decor still up in late January. Primrose I believe may be part of Dignity Memorial. The service I attended was a cremation memorial so there was no viewing or casket. However, the video played before, during and after the memorial service was excellent. The pictures, music was just as sweet and fun as my friend had been. The staff was there if you needed them, but weren't in your way or hovering. I thought I knew what funeral company I wanted to use, but I'm seriously considering going this route.

It was only until she started crying did someone go in and talk to the staff allowing her to come in. Imagine my surprise when I learned the person who was rude and disrespectful was the funeral director, Andrea. The disrespect and just lack of customer service continued for the entire funeral planning process and only changed when my aunt called to complain. People mourn differently. I wish Andrea would have a heart and be considerate of all family members feelings. Consider going elsewhere for your funeral planning needs. I will be.

My uncle passed and I flew in from Pensacola to help my Aunt with all the details. One thing was clear, my Uncle was a retired Navy chief and my Aunt wanted a military funeral. Mike not only helped with a lot of details related to dealing with the VA aspects, at no time did we feel any pressure for the service to be more religious. He was the best of the best! I know my uncle would be proud of the way things were handled.

Within 5 minutes of meeting Mike and him educating my sister and I on the difference in casket prices and detail, I knew he was a man of 100% honesty and integrity, that is very rare in any business to find. I was completely shocked that it was so obvious , he did not attempt or try to encourage us to buy the most expensive casket or try to take advantage of our emotions when making the decisions. He lead us every step of the way. He went above and beyond to communicate with us and to answer any questions we had, through the entire planning process . He was patient and took all the time we needed . My sister and I spent many hours with Mike over the course of a few days and we shared some personal stories and laughs along the way. This man is a gem! His character and integrity is bar none and as much as I never want a loved one to pass, I look forward to the chance to work with Mike again. S. Bridgewater, Tulsa OK

DO NOT COME HERE. If you care for your loved ones and want to give them a proper funeral, do NOT…read morecome here. My father passed in a horrific accident, my family came here hoping for a service to honor my dad. Instead we were met with extreme incompetence and hateful people. This funeral home cremated all of my father's clothing after telling our family SEVERAL times that no clothing would be burned. With the clothing was a customized leather biker vest that was beyond sentimental not only to my father but our entire family. The pain of losing this vest, essentially the only thing we had left of my dad, has been beyond traumatic. On top of all of this, to add insult to injury they waited multiple days before informing my grieving mother that they had burned the one thing she specifically asked them to make sure she got back. My mother also explained to them that burning leather in Oklahoma is illegal and she asked for an explanation on how this could happen. The owner told her it's not illegal. Which is a blatant lie and accountability has yet to be taken by anyone as to how his vest got burned. When they did call to finally inform my mother, they started the conversation by saying my aunt, my fathers sister, was "rude" to them after they told her they destroyed her deceased brother's belongings. Finally, after days of arguing over the phone about who is going to take responsibility for burning my father's belongings they decided to tell my mom that she would not receive a refund for the service, but that they would try to replace the vest to the best of their ability. After being told the monetary value of the vest, they quickly changed their tune and decided they wanted to refund the service. My mother was given less than half of what the funeral cost and to this day has not received an apology from anyone. If you care about your family members and if you want them to be honored respectfully. DO NOT COME HERE.

It may seem insignificant, but their care and thoughtfulness extended beyond their services. I happened to leave my Nalgene water bottle in the visitation room at their funeral home, and I called them to ask about it. The next day, they brought it to the church where the funeral was held. Grateful for their kindness, compassion, competence, and kindness overall.
