I've been seeing this doctor since I was a child and as I'm older I see how terrible this office…read moreis. The doctor himself was great but everything else causes a 1 star review. The staff and office set up prior to seeing the doctor is the most unsanitary experience ever witnessed. Especially during this pandemic. The same cramped room used to take money and handle phone calls is the same for pre screening. The staff took blood without wearing gloves. Not to mention after prepping my arm with alcohol, TOUCHED THE SAME SPOT WITH HER UNGLOVED THUMB. All of this was also done while talking on the office phone and touching her own cellphone. I've gone through a phlebotomy course and know that everything done was incorrect. This technician did not wash her hands between patients nor sanitize the desk. Not to menton, privacy was at zero as people were coming in to talk to her. I understand being spread thin, but this was paper. Dr. A. Andrade, daughter of J. Andrade, completed the visit. Very professional, understandable and to the point. No complaints on her part. I'm not suggesting where to go, but I personally know better to not use this office again.

Parcare Medical did COVID testing in my neighborhood at one of the local schools. I went there to…read moreget testing done. It was advertised as free COVID testing for the community. When I went I was asked to give my insurance info. There was no signs anywhere about which insurance they accepted. So I asked the Physicians Assistant who was performing the test if the test was really free. She told me I might get a $50 bill from the lab if they didn't accept my insurance. So I told a volunteer there "I thought this was free." She said it is free, let me get the manager from the lab. "The manager from lab came and told me that I might get a bill, but not to pay it if I get a bill. I know how unpaid medical bills can affect credit so I wasn't going to do that. I said" I don't even want to get a bill". He said "If you don't want to get a bill, then you shouldn't get tested." I left. I later wrote about this incident on Facebook and Whatsapp. A volunteer from this organization convert shamed me said since I am a Jewish convert my word is no good and called me a liar and said I caused a scene there (really professional of her right). I didn't cause a scene I just said I didn't want to recieve a bill and I left. I also saw a volunteer (maybe the same volunteer) from this organization shaming other people who went to this school testing event on Twitter. This organization's workers seem to have no respect for their patients. And they seem to not be following the government's rules about FREE COVID tests. It seems like a scam to me.
