I did work with them on some promotional headshots, though. Their service is tired and brusque. Not exactly rude, but not the most helpful. They won't suggest something that might work, they'll wait for you to guess the correct answer, which can be pretty frustrating. They have a wide array of services and their prices, while high, are better than Kinko's, which is what really matters.

Outstanding service beginning to end…read more My small business needed a 12 page catalog printed on relatively short notice. We got quotes from three local printers. The job pricing here was marginally higher the the lowest quote but the attention to detail and prompt, courteous service provided to us by Izzie for our proposal/quote far surpassed any other printer we have ever used. We choose to spend a few more dollars for what we hoped would be better service. We were not disappointed. Izzie and her staff provided prompt responses to every inquiry and email. We were given thorough explanations regarding processes and materials. Our order was ready a week prior to its scheduled completion date. We were very happy with the quality of the finished product. Would recommend unequivocally to any small business seeking local print work.
