Several things fell through with them- things they said we didn't need done in order to get our loan for our house but little by little as we got closer and closer to our close date things that 'weren't needed' were and we had to keep spending and spending to get our loan that we could have had the sellers do but we were too late to ask. When I insisted they pay or help pay for some of the things they insisted we didn't need done at first- they were RUDE and thought it was a joke to even be asked. We could never get a hold of Jean and her son hardly knew what he was doing and wouldn't do a thing without her consent- which again she could never be reached. Even to the close date she was terrible! She didn't even show up for the close. Our loan was sold by Prime Lending before we even settled in our home and they sold our information to other companies and we get junk mail everyday with the junk mail even stating that they were sold our information by them. It was a terrible and heart breaking mistake to use them. Their business is a sham and the hedges are just out to get your $.

They required the mortgage to remain with them until at least 8 months so they could make money. Then they sold the mortgage after the first payment. So didn't they already make their money from the sale of the mortgage? So deceitful not informing people they would sell their mortgage after the first payment. As if banks don't make enough money off hard working people. Pure greed and will eventually lead to another housing crisis. I thought supporting a small business owner would benefit the local economy but if you go with a larger company straight off the bat, the chances of them selling your mortgage several times is less.
