I'd seen a couple of snippets from the film and was excited to see the whole thing, particularly as it was being shown in Brewer Street mulit-storey car park of all places. We arrived early and although it was a bit shit to be kept outside in the rain it was well worth the wait, despite getting rather wet. As we entered we walked down a flight of stairs and through a door into a very 'non-carpark' looking space with a popping bubble wrap carpet. The free badges and drinks vouchers went down a treat and we began to congregate in front of the projected screen. It seemed that we were going to have to park our bums on the floor until a series of cardboard boxes began expanding with inflating air beds breaking out of them! So we got comfy and the film began. The film was about a robot/computer love story and it was really good. I'd love to know if it's going to be available for everyone to see soon but in the mean time check out the trailer below. When conversing with the very nice employee here and he was explaining the zones he informed me that the majority of all travelers remain within Zone 1-2 on the Jubilee line. He also informed that the Westminster stop would be where a lot of the sights would be. Upon arrival, I noticed how clean the station was, I didn't see a garbage can in sight, but yet, I didn't one piece of garbage on the floor. All stops here have signage everywhere-- where to transfer, where to exit, some of the sights at that station, etc. what a huge help when you're in a city or country for the first time! They have an employee at the gate so you can ask questions and they are actually eager to assist without an attitude!

The thing about this station is that when you get off one of the lines it simply feels as if you…read moreare literally at the bottom of the pit. The reason for this is that I can basically see the escalators heading up to the sub-surface. That's probably because how they originally built this station, though ironically it seems as if this is the only deep level tube station they built this way. Still, I have to admit that it does happen to be pretty cool, especially when you come up from the deep level.

Either you may find the place handy ( especially if you want to kill time while waiting for your departure) or a bad suggestion if plan is to meet a date. It has the whole second floor of fast food dining options. You will see different kind of retail stores on its ground floor. Anything that you may need for your travel (out of emergency situation) can be found here. We came in here ( a walk from our hotel)as my sis -in law had rushes due to an allergic reaction and me for a replacement for the lost prescribed eye glasses reasons. We were able to see a pharmacy store that served to both our needs. Like a typical commuter station center, it also offers services like massage in a chair service, shoe shines service, flowers , etc. Only one thing that turned me off about this place, I did not like that I need to pay a coin to get into their restrooms.

Fulham Broadway is a small shopping centre, located in the Fulham/Chelsea area of London, it is a…read morecouple of minutes away from Stamford Bridge and built into Fulham Broadway Underground Station, which is pretty handy. The mall does only have a small number of stores, but I still like it. It looks fairly good from the outside, on the inside, it looks like 90% of shopping centres and doesn't stand out. Retailers here include all major mobile phone providers (Three, O2, EE, Vodafone) as well as Sainsbury's. There is also a Metro Bank. In terms of food and drink, there is Wagamama, Nando's, Starbucks and a couple of other brands. It is pretty useful to have this so close to Stamford Bridge, meaning you can grab something to eat/drink before or after a game, or stop by and get some essentials while waiting for the traffic to die down. 4*

Fulham Broadway Shopping Centre looks great from the outside but I always feel like there should be…read moremore to this place than there actually is. I suppose for the area, you don't need that many shops / facilities but, still, with the Southside Shopping Centre only a 10 minute bus ride away, this place has some stiff competition. There's a huge Sainsbury's inside the shopping centre and some good restaurants and of course a cinema (a Vue cinema). There's also a Zavvi and a bookshop. It's a very simple shopping centre, only a few floors and the tube station entrance can be reached from within. Generally, I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this shopping centre. It's convenient for Fulham locals but if you don't live close by then there's no real point of going here at all...

We enjoyed our week stay in Covent Garden. We took full advantage of the Covent Garden Market,…read morevisiting in several occasions. The Market is picturesque with lovely flower carts by the entrances. Historically, Covent Gardens were the gardens for the convent. Today, the beautiful enclosed market hosts various vendors that change regularly. The market is a great way to connect with locals. We went to the market four times during our visit. On Sundays, various art vendors set up and we visited with a local fossil dealer and purchased a couple fossils. We loved our dinner in one of the nearby cafes. On Mondays, antique dealers set up and sell various treasures. My husband bought me a vintage bracelet. We also watched a quintet play in the atrium. We found a few reasonably priced souvenirs to take home for gifts. Plenty of great restaurants surround the Market. We ate at several places and enjoyed our meals. The Market always seems to be new and people were friendly.

Covent Garden is an area in West End with a collection of shops and restaurants. This is considered…read moreto be in the city of Westminster. All of the shops are high-end, luxury. Think Rodeo Drive in London. It's a fun area to visit and check out all of the amazing offerings that most probably can never afford lol. Another must-see for hitting tourist areas in the West End.

If this is a "mistake" (we have emailed car.parks@cityoflondon.gov.uk seeking clarification) then how many others are being charged stealth charges??
