No call thursday. Friday we were told: They called us and delivery would be two weeks out. They didn't Told they didn't have our number or email even though they texted and emailed. Talked to six customer service experts and were told it was their system then their policy and could only call if delivery was on schedule. Told me to call the 1 800 number. We did in front of the army of experts. 1800 girl asked me if i had called local store. I was standing there. 1800 girl asked if i had visited the store. Talked to five people at corporate all of which were sure i had done something wrong. I hadn't Asked 1800 girl to do what they committed to by calling nearby stores. 1800 girl told me that was my job. They offered to cancel my order at any time but i would have to call corporate for a refund. Was called "rude" because I didn't understand their policies. It would be 4 to 7 days before i could get a refund and my account would be credited. Real customer service girl took my phone and talked to 1800 girl. Heard her say rude. 1800 girl hangs up. Store "acting" manager said there was nothing he could do. Went A1 appliance in Columbus and bought an American made washer and dryer. As i type this 2 hours later they are installing the unit.
