Came back the next day (to charge another day) and said he needed to order a new part as our furnace wasn't made anymore. I asked how much the part is and he said "here I will call quick" Puts in headphones on his phone so I can't here the other person on the line and claimed the person said it was a $100 part. He brought the part and the furnace worked for 6 days then broke again. I concluded they were a scam and decided to never do business with them again. 2 months later they contacted me asking for their payment- and sent me a bill link on phone text. I told him that I paid him with cash in the parking lot of the Casey's gas station and he gave me a receipt. (That was they way he wanted to be paid). He said "oh I'm sorry that's right I will update my files. 3 days later out of curiosity I clicked on the link he sent me and it went to a private farm owners bill that had all of the farmers personal info on it. Absolutely unorganized, unprofessional and shady business.

Then she tells me that's standard practice when I know for a fact it's not, because I have dealt with fraud with an old bank, and they handled everything and were so nice. the two separate women I talked to today were not friendly and did not offer to help at all. Let alone cancel my card and get me a new one. I am finding a new bank and will never bank with these people again. Literally had my entire account(s) wiped clean- but because its pending you cant do anything, I call BS. Also, my mom had to deal with the SAME situation today but at a different bank across the country and they cancelled cards, refunded money and were super accommodating. It's not that hard NICCU, where's your customer service, that you talk about all the time. Because I didn't get a lick of that today. YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG~
