The corporate office did not call anyone until Tuesday. A tech is supposed to look at it on Friday and the parts probably will not be here for another week. Just to repeat - an office complex - no internet. There's internet to the building - not in the building. In past years, the A/C has been out for days during the summer. At least it's not hot in Mississippi in August. Renewal is struggle because they try to raise the rents 20-25% a year. I would rather have a root canal than deal with their corporate office.
