I can't say enough great things about the practice and about Dr. Ewen, who I was fortunate enough to see as my primary care doctor for 4 years. I was really surprised to find such a great practice in a small town like Dubuque. Specifically, my providers always listened to me and addressed my concerns. They didn't lecture me or act like they knew more than me. I really hated to move away, mostly because I knew I would lose Dr. Ewen and this practice. Office Manager would not stop the process even after paying 20% and offering more in 2weeks. ZERO customer service from her! Would travel to Iowa City or Chicago before recommending this office due to their billing practices.
