It's a great place to shop! unlike a Lowe's or HD, the staff actually knows what they are talking about. It's a bit more expensive than a HD type store but price is more than worth it in the customer service & experience.

My hot water heater died, so I needed a replacement. I did some research and concluded that I…read moreshould buy a Bradford-White lowboy, mostly because it should fit perfectly in the small space available for it in my condo. Unfortunately, Bradford-White does not sell to retail stores, so they recommended two local suppliers. The first, in VA, gave me an estimated replacement cost of $1,900 to $2,000 for the water heater, installation and removal of the old unit. Then they told me they do not service DC. Thank God! This is what led me to call Northeastern Supply. They offered to sell me the same unit for $362, and I found a local plumber who will install it for a couple of hundred dollars. Pat at Northeastern supply was very helpful on the phone. She patiently looked up the model I thought I needed and went over the dimensions so I was sure it would fit. I asked how much delivery would cost. It is free in DC!! The next day they delivered on time, but I noticed before I opened it that it was not the unit I discussed with Pat. When I called, they immediately said "oh, that's our fault," and they promised to bring the right unit the next morning, which they did. All the people I interacted with were pleasant, helpful and professional. I haven't encountered such great customer service in years. I will certainly do business with Northeastern Supply again whenever I need anything they sell.

Kallie Crawford of Krum Gergely represented me. I choose to go with her because:…read more 1) Krum Gergely was the best reviewed firm of the traffic lawyers that reached out to me 2) When doing a phone consultation with Kallie - she had the most practical strategy and best advice by far. She didn't use scare tactics or extremism like other consultations. And she seemed to really understand my circumstance. 3) The retainer cost was also the most competitive by far! Throughout the process (pre court), her team was responsive by text and email, including remainders on court date and traffic school recommendation, which I greatly appreciated. They seemed really on top of it and available. Most importantly, the day of my traffic hearing she was really proactive and aggressive in handling the process. She negotiated with all parties and then represented me to the judge as well. She made sure the terms worked for me. I didn't have to face the judge, prosecutor or witness. She handled everything. The entire process literally took about 20 minutes and I was on my way with the most favorable outcome. Super efficient and stress free process, after months of worrying about the outcome. I wished I had hired her earlier on. Overall I would rate the experience 10/10 and could not recommend them more!!! So very grateful and eternally thankful!!! I couldn't be happier with the services offered. Highly highly recommend.
