I know the challenges of getting the work done timely (especially after a storm) and have hired at least three other arborists over the last 15 years. Blue Ox had a huge crew working on one or two other houses around me. They had a huge job and were very busy. I had a dead branch on the large tree and a smaller branch growing into the house. The crew was very friendly and talking to other neighbors so I approached them about my trees and the person in charge was able to provide a reasonable quote. It was paid and done in less than an hour. This was a limited and brief experience but was very good.

Now, got a new company but they cant be here until the end of Oct 2021. Last night storms came through and guess what, yep we lost a huge branch that was to have been cut. Do not trust this guy as he lies to you then just doesn't show up months later.
