I shopped at the Corbin Ky location for shoes recently. In the past i have always experienced good…read morecustomer service. I had to basically chase someone down for help. The only people in the store were myself and 1 other customer. The 3 employees were just standing around talking when i had to ask one for help. The guy who i asked to check shoe sizes acted as if i was bothering him. He had zero personality. I did end up spending $200 and when the same employee checked me out, he didnt say "have a good day," "thank you," "piss off," NOTHING!!! Then as we were walking out a different employee whom i am guessing was the store manager caught up with me to give me a coupon for $10 off a $25 purchase. I will not be returning to this location. On my receipt it says the cashiers name was Conner. Customer service just isnt it for him. Absolutely zero personality. Do better!!!
