I shopped at the Corbin Ky location for shoes recently. In the past i have always experienced good customer service. I had to basically chase someone down for help. The only people in the store were myself and 1 other customer. The 3 employees were just standing around talking when i had to ask one for help. The guy who i asked to check shoe sizes acted as if i was bothering him. He had zero personality. I did end up spending $200 and when the same employee checked me out, he didnt say "have a good day," "thank you," "piss off," NOTHING!!! Then as we were walking out a different employee whom i am guessing was the store manager caught up with me to give me a coupon for $10 off a $25 purchase. I will not be returning to this location. On my receipt it says the cashiers name was Conner. Customer service just isnt it for him. Absolutely zero personality. Do better!!! read more
