All they needed to sign was the physical title and no other paperwork but SUSAN - aka, worst Karen ever, wouldn't let her. The seller was on a short break from work and couldn't wait that long, so we needed to find another place to transfer. The other seller could be there the whole time so there was no excuse. SUSAN was rude, refused to work with us, straight out LIED about what needed to be signed and was about as nasty as it gets. Ridiculous. Would NEVER go back there again. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS OFFICE…read more Our house burned down six months ago, we lost everything and we are facing one of the most devastating times of our lives. Since the fire, our insurance agent has contacted me only twice to check in. That level of communication is completely unacceptable during this loss. We are encountering issue after issue throughout this insurance process, yet our agent has provided no guidance, follow up or support. We have been left to navigate an overwhelming and complicated situation on our own, at the exact moment when we need help. Customers pay insurance premiums year after year with the expectation that their agent will help them through a catostrphic situation. We never imagined losing eveything and certianly never expected to be met with such limited support afterwards. This office advertises making their clients "feel like family" and giving them the "peace of mind knowing you are backed by a team that cares about you"....not so!!!
