Never...Go...Here. I…read morebrought my Jeep here, late last Winter. It sat...for FIVE WEEKS...untouched. I took pictures and dated them! Endless excuses and promises. Here's the kicker. When I gave up, and took the Jeep back, I stopped at another shop in town. This guy had the decency to tell me before I brought it to Tri-County, he couldn't get to it for a few weeks, so go to Tri-County. So, after 5 weeks, when I took the Jeep back, I stopped at his place. He took a quick look, asked a few questions, and suggested replacing the O2 sensor. It can be had, at OReilly's Auto Parts, down the street. I go, they have the sensor, I put it in myself (15 minutes, TOTAL), and guess what? Repaired. No more check engine lights, no more issues. This repair, that Tri-County NEVER GOT TO for FIVE WEEKS, and kept saying it could be a $1500 repair? $35 at OReilly's, and done in 15 minutes. Tri-County is a scam. Period. It's bad enough, to waste a customer's time (five weeks), but to be expecting the customer to pay $1500 for what turned out to be a $35 sensor? Highway robbery. NEVER AGAIN. You want more? I took them to court (small claims.) They had NO argument, other than that the customer was rude! Are you kidding me? After 5 weeks of lies, YOU BET I WAS RUDE! They claimed it was a hard part to find, EVEN within other dealership factories! I got it down the street, at OReillys! This entire business is a joke. I can also report a time, a year ago, I went to their dealership on the other side of town, and asked about a oil gasket leak. They ran a fluid test, and said it'd be $1200 repair, for gaskets and labor. My nephew says, "Check the bolts on the bottom of the oil pan, just try it and see if they might just be loose. Give it a shot." I do, and guess what, 4 were very loose. Problem resolved in 10 minutes, with the turn of a wrench. So, there's TWO stories for you, same company, both shops, trying to rip a customer off for $1500 and $1200 and 5 weeks of zero work done, and the total cost for both? $35. Total time, about 25 minutes. You still thinking about taking your vehicle there? You can't be too bright.
