I am going on seventy one. Been told I have arthritis in the knees. With the therapy I have received things have improved to were the knee issue is none existent. But I started treatment to see if the pain in my lower back could be lessened. Forty years ago had three herniated discs. Physical therapy improved that issue but have lived with a small knot of pain in the lower back. I don't even think of these issues since I have started treatment I have had so much improvement. I seldom have a problem. It all depends on my physical activity. By the way I go to the gym or work out at home three times a week. Between their treatment of my issues and the gym I feel so much better and not my age. read more

This office provides both traditional and technology based chiropractic care. The staff is warm and inviting. The day I was there, they even had a visit from Santa! Kids loved it. read more

Tri-City provides a service you can trust for chiropractic care. The receptionist are professional. The Doctors work preventatively and are responsive. I suggest using them for your chiropractic care. read more

They have multiple practitioners too. This by far was the most helpful to me because my job requires crazy unpredictable hours. Kehres was very gracious whenever I needed to reschedule, and they always recommended different locations if I needed it to make it work off of my schedule. Although I prefer the Gratiot location because it was close to my gym, every one of their locations gave amazing, friendly, professional service. Their flexibility was really appreciated. Each location felt very up to date and was always well lit and clean. Every staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. I have since recommended Kehres to at least two other people. Who have had positive experiences there. I was recommended Kehres by several friends to me. Their reputation truly proceeds their service. Kehres was the first chiropractor I went to, which pretty much set my standards for all chiropractors. I've since moved away and can no longer go to Kehres. But for people who are nervous, dont be. They will explain everything to you. On your first visit you should expect some questionnaires and an xray. You should also expect some manipulation on your spine on a table that you lie on that moves. It does not hurt. But you may feel sore after. They sometimes use a little hand held machine that thuds on your back. It does not hurt, I promise. also you should expect some lifestyle recommendations. They may teach you some stretches, some diet recommendations, etc. They are very kid friendly. They have videos on all the time for kids to watch, with some toys. Besides the initial appt, my appts have never lasted more than 10-20 minutes. The locations I've been at have had ample parking. Expect to wear a mask (this review is written during pandemic season).

The Doctors are very good at making the adjustments needed because they are extremely knowledgeable and they listen to what you tell them. I only need to go in on a walk in basis most of the time but if I need to schedule regular treatments or appointments they are very accommodating. Long term customer and don't see that changing.

I was very skeptical about seeing a chiropractor for my back problems. (Last time I went the family Dr. route, with X-ray and Physical Therapy. All they told me was that my X-ray was negative for fractures). THIS time I decided I really needed some help---and some answers. Saw Dr. John (Arnold), and he was/is very informative and helpful, explaining every step of the way (to me and my husband). Put the X-rays up on the light box, and explained exactly what the problem is. Staff is friendly and accommodating. My long-time thoughts of chiropractors has been totally reversed now. I have been a customer here for several years and used chiropractors for most of my life, more than regular docs. I don't generally get sick, but I sure am good at messing up my back. Dr. Kelly has the experience that helps him get to the root of the skeletal/nerve problems, fix them with precision, then prevent future problems with mechanics help and strengthening exercises. The massage therapists are also experienced and knowledgeable. They know how to deal with the muscular issues. I was intending to go to physical therapy but decided to give this practice a try, best decision I ever made. I had my first visit in March and have been pain free since the first visit. I have arthritis in both of my hips, sciatica, and degenerative disc disease in my lower back and the results I have received here has been exceptional. Tri-City Chiropractic is the BEST!!!! I will not go to any other place as I did that and realized they are the BEST!!!! The staff is GREAT and the Doctors are the BEST!!!! I've been suffering from severe nerve pain in my hip and leg from sciatica and was taking medication for it. I wanted to get off of the medication and find a natural way to fix the problem. After someone recommended seeing a chiropractor, I did a little research and found Tri-City Chiropractic in Saginaw. I've been going to Dr. Kelly for treatment for the last 3 weeks, and I'm completely off of the pain meds!! I always feel so much better walking out of that office after an adjustment! I've been going here for massages for about a year now. Bobby and Chelsea are awesome! My body doesn't handle deep tissue well, it inflames instead of heals.
