Dr. Ashley not only gives me a spinal adjustment, but also sets up strength exercises to help my recovery. I work with one of the great trainers at the office, who helps me perform the exercises correctly. She also modifies them as needed so I'm progressing and able to do the things I love to do. I am truly impressed with how Dr. Ashley cares about my health. She continually checks in with me to see how I'm doing and adjusting ways to treat my pain either by using various machines available and/or different techniques to individualize my treatment. I have used most of their services and no matter what I'm there for, be it a work out, an adjustment, or a massage, the entire staff always makes it feel like they enjoy their jobs as much as I enjoy feeling better. Once you walk in your greeted with amazing staff! They all had smiles on their faces! Lisa at the front desk is so nice! Hands down Dr. Ashley Jordan is one of the best chiropractors I've seen. She listens to where your concerns are, she asks questions, and then she addresses the issues. I always love my visits with Ashley every 4-6 weeks. She keeps my neck and my back loosened up so I don't have any discomfort especially working behind the chair doing hair. Hairdressers tend to hold a lot of stress in their neck and upper back/ shoulders area so once I learned a year ago that Ashley can keep my neck in line, my body feels much better. This place is outstanding! Not only do the drs. give effective adjustments, rehab trainers teach and let you practice exercises you can do at home. They offer awesome fitness classes where instructors give lots of guidance during warmup, cardio, and strength segments. Each exercise has varying degrees of difficulty, so everybody can complete a full workout. And, boy, are they terrific motivators!
