    When I applied for insurance on may 26 2022 I was given a quote for 140 a month for the next 5…read moremonths and the down payment was 130 which was supposed to be the first month. We discussed my prior accidents and they were even in the quote itself about 2 days later I get a "quote adjustment" for 47$ they claim they (found) more point on my license and another day later I got the next months bill already and I can clearly see it says it needs to be paid by June 12th otherwise it's canceled. I called yesterday and the du@$:):8!3ss says in other words it's not their fault ya da ya da. I'm wait for a call still a day later from management to discuss why I was "misquoted" when I know I wasn't because I only have had 2 accidents and they are saying that the 2 tickets with those accidents WENT seen I'm very furious to say the least while they are still the cheapest in my case even if those 2 are counted for a total of 189/mon it's not bad BUT THERES NO EXCUSE for any o this to slip!! Check my original quote out as you can see both accidents are infact on there and they are wanting to charge MORE please share, Thanks I hope you have a better day then I do!!

When I have called the office even at odd hours, they have always got back to me in a very reasonable amount of time.... I have had multiple policies to include my classic cars, and multiple homes that other companies would not touch... Jon said, it would not be a problem... Every year I receive a call approximately 2 times a year from either Jon or his assistant, to see if there are any other ways that my coverage can be improved, on several occasions lowered my rates... Prior to working with Allstate, I worked with 2 other companies that I won't name but, I thought were reasonable, or so I thought, When I received a ticket for a burnt out tail light which for some reason showed up on my record as running a light... they wanted to almost triple my Rates...I then spoke with Allstate who offered me a rate even lower than I had even had before the incident... This year I have had to file my first 2 claims, Jon and his assistant has made the ordeal very painless, It's like working with a friend instead of an agent... you are in good hands with the Jon Pantone Agency...

    Ever since transferring to this agency, my wife and I have had communication problems with them…read more Whenever we would email or call them, it would take them days to respond (in the off-chance they DID respond). When it came time for renewal of our policy, we naturally shopped around and found that this agency was charging us about 50% more than most other providers for the same coverage. When I contacted the agent to see if we could work on pricing, he curtly replied that the only way to do so would be to get lesser coverage. Accordingly, my wife and I decided to switch to another provider and, upon informing the agent of our intention to switch and request that he cancel our auto-payments and let us know what all we would need to do, he dropped all contact with us. Like, seriously, I'm pretty sure he just fell off the face of the earth. The agency would no longer return our phone calls, wouldn't respond to our emails, and was uncontactable through the app. The only way I knew they were still in business was that we still got their stupid advertisement emails on an almost daily basis. I eventually had to contact Allstate's corporate office (which took me about an hour to find a way to do, because they want you to work through your agent) in order to get everything taken care of. DO NOT choose this agency. They are unprofessional and rude and really need to work on not getting butt hurt when you decide to switch companies due to their ridiculous prices.
