After a few years of growing clown hair during the shut in periods of the pandemic, I decided to give Visage a try. Unlike a barber shop where you just show up and sometimes have to wait for an hour for a haircut, Visage was appealing because I could make an appointment. I was given an appointment with Valerie and she had her work cut out for her taking me from hobo to human! I loved my haircut and I loved the ambiance at the salon. They are now located in Dillsboro near the train station. They have just a few spots in front of the business and then there are plenty of spots on the street. Visage is an Aveda salon and they have a lot of the product available for purchase. I can't say enough great things about Valerie! She's fantastic! Everyone is incredibly friendly and the salon is just such a relaxing and inviting space!

This salon is comfortable and attractive, the Aveda products smell amazing and everyone there is friendly and welcoming.

Not to mention she cut about 6 inches off and completely botched my haircut. It looked like she attempted layers but they looked awful and now I have to get my hair redone somewhere else. When I went in to get a refund for my hair, Todd was very disrespectful to me in person and on the phone. The refund did end up getting processed after a lot of back and forth talk which never should have happened. Todd had terrible customer service and never once apologized for what I had been through.
