She also has thin, fine hair and knew what to do with my tired, lifeless head of hair. She fully understood how to cut/layer and style my hair to add fullness. My blonde was perfectly cool and ashy with a lowlight to add dimension but grow out naturally. I truly feel like she took her time and knew exactly what to do and why based upon my specific needs/wants. The pricing was told to me up front after my consultation, which is awesome. In general, it was a relaxing adventure and I am walking away with fabulous hair and a lot more confidence. I will be back.

Couple times since I been going there. People cutting hair today 07/26/2025. Not professional at all and not people person. Had to wait 8 minutes before anyone came to the front to wait on me. Then a girl said nothing to me she was with another person that Came in right behind me she was a woman. The stylist was waiting on the lady that came in behind me I stood there and finally ask her if she was the only one working she never said nothing. So I asked her if anyone else working Then she said yes they would be back shortly so I wait got a fade done but I don't think they knew how. 1.5 sides and 4 on top easy cut but she got it wrong. No neck clean up no eyebrows clean up and said nothing to me at all except for when I tried to speak. Worse hair cut ever. Looks like an oblong basketball she said $20.00 dollars do they not do clean ups on men no more? Like the neck and eyebrows no cut hair blow off nothing I had to go out the door shaking hair off me. My wife had to finish my hair cut up when I got home. Some people should work by themselves and not with other people . I know they like the women hair cut more than the men. But if they don't like doing the men they should say we don't do men hair cuts. It was terrible hair cut made me feel like they didn't even want me in there. didn't use to be that bad but it was this time. Trying to find me another place to go and my family and friends will too. Unprofessional all the way around.

Went in for a consultation with Candace to talk about my color and cut. She was extremely professional, pleasant, and made me feel comfortable at once. She is a sweetheart that understood what I had been going through with my hair and knew what needed to be done ( I had had a really bad cut somewhere else). Set up an apt for a couple of weeks later. She cut and colored my hair and for two days after I was able to wake up and just do a small little fix to my hair from bed head and my style looked great. Made a follow up appt for next month and will be excited to visit the salon again. Btw- I drove 45 minutes to go to this salon because they are a redken salon and they know color! I think I may go back to a bit lighter color next time and I am confident Candace will know what to do. Thank you Candace PS Lindsey at the front desk is personable and efficient! Try and schedule your appts. with her for a stylist.

I'm usually not the type of person to write a review, good or bad, but I have emailed and got a…read moreresponse that ultimately said "you can come in to get it done again free of charge but we don't offer refunds." When I first made the appointment, the "cart" read that the price of my balayage with a haircut would be $160, which it was not at the very end. When I sat down in the chair, I showed her a picture of what I wanted, a caramel balayage, something warmer for fall as I was blonde before. She pulled a few swatches which looked great and I had assumed, as any other person would, that the swatch she had chose, would be what my hair would look like, or similar...I was wrong. She came over with 2 bowls, one of bleach and one of brown (I still have yet to find any "new" brown on my hair). I was confused, but trusted the process because she's the stylist and knows what's best for the client. When she finished rinsing my hair out, we went over to her station to cut and style. She had asked if I wanted any layers and I said no as I've had a bad experience with them. She proceeded to give me long layers anyway. During the coloring process, she had asked me about my naturally curly hair and if I've ever thought about styling my hair in a way that it would enhance my curls. I said yes I've done it once but again had a bad experience so I wouldn't try it again. She had said okay. Fast forward to the styling process. I asked her if she could curl my hair, and from my understanding "curl" means with a curling iron, I thought that this was a universal definition for "curl". All of a sudden she's putting mousse and gel in my hair and curling my hair on her fingers. Instead of getting beach waves, my hair looked a mess. My hair became frizzy over time as I was driving home and honestly looked like I just rolled out of bed. I went home, rinsed my hair out with only water so it wouldn't ruin my 'color' and had to blow dry it and style it myself because I wasn't very happy with the outcome. The next day, I was looking in the mirror and really couldn't tell a difference in the color whatsoever, it looked the exact same as it did a week prior. I still don't know where the brown went that she had in the bowl or what happened to. my reference picture that I showed her. The color at my roots was not blended properly (I had consulted another stylist who is a family friend from home) and she agreed, as well as one side had more highlights on it then other. The back of my hair (color wise) didn't look like my reference which I understand it wouldn't the first time, but I was expecting it to look different then when I walked into the salon and it did not. I'm disappointed because I paid almost $250 for something I didn't and still don't like. Now I have to find someone else to fix it and pay again. When I emailed the salon, I was hoping some sort of compensation for something. I had mentioned in my email that I didn't want to return due to this experience. The proceeded to email back and offered me to come back in and they would do it free of charge. I almost think it would be giving them another opportunity to mess it up because no one likes to do their job without getting paid. Good news, the staff was really nice. Receptionist was understanding when I wanted to pay some in cash and the rest on my card. Very sweet and understanding. (will not let me upload pictures)

I had booked a lash lift and tint appointment with Kasey, i have had many lash lifts before so this was super exciting to try out a new spa. When i got there Kasey was so helpful and welcoming, just made me feel super at home. I got settled in the room and Kasey put on the first of many steps for my lash lift and i had a reaction, which is out of the norm. she was so fast acting and decided to just tint my lash instead since i had no reaction to the coloring. I haven't had a reaction so it was very scary but Kasey made it painless and comforting it was amazing to have her working on me. If you take anything from this review, Kasey was phenomenal in her service as well as pivoting to a more appropriate option with my reaction. I will for sure be returning but only for her. I can't thank her enough for making such a scary experience into one of the most memorable. I left with tinted lashes and loved them. 10/10
