However this was not traditional carbonara as it had cream but it was delicious! It was rich and creamy and usually when reheating left overs its not great but I was able to eat my take-home meal and it tasted fresh! Zero complaints here. I was not disappointed. I waited in line for about 15-20 and then was seated (not too bad). The ambiance is very energetic with a mix of fancy.
