I've never gone there and waited longer than 5 minutes to be called. As for the staff in the back, they're angels. Their dental assistants are so patient and gentle. My son isn't very fond of the dentist and it takes a little longer than usual for a simple cleaning....usually if the assistant is having issues with the cleaning the dentist steps in and helps. They're literal angels and definitely know how to deal with children. Recently we went in for a quick cleaning and of course he was giving some push back. Our dentist was amazing! She was able to calm him down and gain his trust. I am very pleased with their services and bed side manners. Even though I've moved from the Burke area I will continue to make the drive here. I've been recommending this location to friends I have in the area.
