Upon arrival we were pleased with the size of the store and how much they had inside. Rows and rows of boots of all shapes and sizes and a great selection of denim and graphic tees. I can't forget to mention allllll the hats, belts and accessories. Whew this store had so much to offer. The staff were really friendly and helpful to my sister getting her first pair of boots. They helped her find her true size and educated us on the difference in square and pointy shaped toes, heel size and overall best comfort.

I love to take pics of clothes in stores to show friends and to look at if I decide to come back and buy it. Anyway I asked the girl working if it was okay to take pics in the store she started acting really nervous and like really worried and asking why I would do that and I explained I wasn't gonna post anything (not sure why that would really matter ) and said "ok" and I also said I was taking them just in case I decided to come back and get something . She hesitantly said ok then walked away. The whole interaction was awkward and weird . I was genuinely just making sure what I was doing was okay since some places don't like pics being taken also before taking pics she was watching my friend and I. The clothes are super expensive and while designed to look like adult clothing, the sizes are freakishly small. Held up one shirt that had Pink Floyd on it and looked like it wouldn't fit an adult at all but instead a really small child. All their clothes are really small and expensive. Don't know how they're in business still cause the Renaissance charges a lot for rent space and this place is so expensive for something you could legit get at Walmart in an actual adult size and no one is ever in this store .

I did not end up buying a dress here because all dresses are pretty expensive, around $350-1,000 range. They had lovely dresses that looked fit for a princess, if only they had been rent and not purchase only. I did really love several dresses, and I'd recommend this store if you have a higher budget than what I had (I was trying not to spend over $250)

With zero special signage displayed on door to bring at a specific time, my son's father attempted to return on Tuesday. Once reading the store hours , he went back on Wednesday. Guess who was fined $50 for being late. Yup. And they don't care about your future business bc she required her $50 and wouldn't give it back. Soooooo this mama who LOVES to dress up in evening gowns for special fundraisers, will never buy a dress from them nor will I ever rent a tux from them again. See ya rude female owner. I remember it a LONG time ago, and it is definitely upgraded and my favorite place to haunt when in Jackson. Well organized and expanded into two buildings. So far I've found antique Oneida silverplate flatware, Gail Pittman dishes (before she was with Southern Living), matching crystal bowls and wine glasses for our patterns, and adorable, funny t-shirts, caps and mugs. My husband even scored a Cherokee Inn mug - new, but great memory for us. I wish I had a mansion and an unlimited budget, because I'd redesign my house every season, just from this store - lamps, beds, tablecloths, wall hangings... Oh, and the customer service is spot on. They were running a promo for $10 if you spent $40 this particular weekend, and we were unaware because we live in Louisiana. The clerk said, "If you spend another $1.25, you can get $10 off." Easy peasy - candy on hand at the register. Done. Another deal and another reason to keep coming back.
