Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The driveway project began in January and was supposed to take one week. Instead, it dragged into two months, during which time Tony's team proved unequipped to handle the scope of work. I ultimately had to hire another contractor, who confirmed the wall was leaning and the work was not structurally sound. What should have been a $15,000 job ended up costing me over $45,000 to correct and complete. Out of fairness, I never asked for the $10,000 already paid to Tony for his attempted help. However, in March I also provided a $1,873 deposit for landscaping, which he said was needed to rent equipment. Despite repeated calls, texts, and emails over the past several months, Tony and his company have not completed the work or returned the deposit. Communication has been almost entirely one-sided, and recently they have stopped responding altogether. To make matters worse, I later noticed names on the handwritten invoices for individuals who never actually worked on the project. Even more frustrating, Tony left a complete mess in my front yard -- debris, materials, and unfinished work. I had to pay an additional $4,000 just to have everything hauled off and stripped out before the new contractor could start. All I wanted was for them to finish the landscaping job or return the deposit. They failed to do either. At this point, I've decided to move on, but I strongly advise others not to do business with Godspeed Tree & Landscaping.

He has texted us and let us know that he will be unable to give us a refund and told us that he has been unable to work for the past 3 months. He was recently reviewed by another customer on your website for doing lawn car work within the past 3 months. We would like a refund and have had an extreme hardship with this Thumbtack pro. We have hired an attorney to get our refund back and will likely pursue the attorney's cost as well as the hardship we have endured. Is there a way to inform other customers of the issue with this business? I do not want anyone else to receive the same treatment or not receive their money back after giving adequate time to refund.
