I would give 0 stars if i could....Terrible company..was in our neighborhood trying to get customers...We needed a Sylvester Palm tree removed and a couple of palms trimmed up...They took down the Sylvester..supposed to do stump grinding..did a awful job and covered it up by putting down dirt and shavings from the grinding on what they didn't grind...Left a big part still in the ground.Called several times and no return calls !! Initially, when I called Tree Life to come look at my dead pine for removal, they were friendly. They came out, performed the job, and I was satisfied. That was the day before the hurricane. Post-hurricane, we had damages and needed 4 pine trees removed. I texted Renee in the early morning to see if we could get on the schedule at some point. I understood that these types of businesses get busy post-hurricane, but wanted to get on the schedule in the near future.. Renee never replied, so I called her late in the morning. She said she would show her husband the photos of the pines I provided. She said she would get back to me. She did not. I called later in the day, and a male answered the phone and was hung up on. I then called back, and Renee answered and claimed once her husband got home, she would call me back in the evening. Renee again never called me back. I called again twice this morning, with a voicemail indicating if they do not want the job or this company (since it seems to be a small, family-run business) cannot handle this job to please provide me a courtesy reply. I got no reply. So, initially, I had a good experience. Now, I will never recommend this company to anyone with their careless attitude by saying they would follow up, when in fact, they did not. If you can't handle the job or don't want the job...be transparent. It is that simple! read more

Daryl, Casey and their crew were absolutely awesome, They removed a large oak tree, raised the canopy on 3 others, removed a 30 foot hedge, and numerous stumps. The crew was fast, efficient, professional and thorough. The yard was cleaner when they were done than before they started, Their quote was the best we got and they exceeded expectations. Horrible company. Came into our property, without our permission, while doing work for our neighbor. This company removed our tree and our plants, and absolutely tore up the grass in our front yard. They left a huge mess. None of this was discussed with us. Company has been contacted and they refuse to do anything about it. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Working with this company has been the worst experience. We hired them to take out 3 trees and some bushes. In the process of removing the trees and the bushes they broke a sprinkler head, did not reinstall our fence correctly, and destroyed part of the neighbor's grass. They made multiple promises to come back and make the necessary repairs, but never actually showed up to fix their mistakes. They are now refusing to return phone calls. Another tree service that ignores community and personal No Soliciting signs.
