He and I did a walk-around on the property as I quickly explained what I would like to see done. He continued to survey the job and wrote me an estimate. Before leaving he went around one more time and, in detail, explained what he could do to give the most curb appeal to the home. I want to note that I felt that the price quoted was quite satisfactory for the tasks performed. PATIENCE: I had some unforseen medical issues arise personally and also with a family member. This saw an unfortunate delay to initiating my desired project. These guys understood my situation and weren't intrusive. I liked that aspect. It was apreciated that I had time to heal and get things right with my family first. HIRED: The guys came out to the site and worked it to beyond expectations. I didn't hound them or oversee all operations. I let them do their thing... it is what they do... and they do it well.
