Yes. I have too many of them but I was in search of a particular one - Rogue One K-2SO Fall Convention from 2017. I was planning on getting on from eBay so that Alan Tudyk would autograph it when it comes to the Gem State Comic Con. Back to the 208. There were a couple of guys up front, it looks like there's vendor per carved out space offering all sorts of things ranging from silverware to those souvenir bells. The Funko Pops are the back and I have to give them credit - They are stocked and displayed per theme in an organized manner. Many of the carved out booth spaces were unattended so it was a little strange to walk into the space with no one around. We turned right at the back of the store and ended up near the computer section. I haven't seen a collection of Netbooks since those early 2000s. Command prompts, C drives, MS-DOS speak was happening in the background and all that was missing was the Leisure Suit Larry and Scuzzy Drive references. In the end, its a trip down memory lane, one person's trash is another's treasure and there's some interesting pieces here. Going back to the Funko Pop, they didn't have it. No worries, Alan Tudyk cancelled so. No harm no foul.

I ran into out by chance when I was making my way to the Youth Ranch. It was my sign to go in! The set up is very similar to the antique shops off State and the other end of Overland. Lots of different vendors with different goodies and shop set ups. It's cool that you get to go to all these little store fronts in one location. The venue is big and bright which is nice! It's nice to have such bright lighting when you're looking at items with such detail and color. It's just nice to be in a bright venue in general. I guess you can't completely say it's all antiques here. There's collectables, thrift finds and jewelry. I didn't check out some of the vendors since there were a few selling trains, sports memorabilia, Funko Pops and other things that didn't really peek my interest but is cool that it's there for you as an option. It's an everything, one stop shop location for everyone's special interests! There were still a couple vendors putting their little shops together. Some were jammed pack full of things, some had a nice amount to look at and some were pretty scarce. But if you're a looker, you might find a fun treasure there! I was on a time crunch and checked out as much as I could. There was a lot to go through. I'm looking forward to this joint to be completed with all it's vendors and products. A portion of the venue was still empty and being worked on. The prices vary depending on the vendor. Some were reasonable and some were high, to be expected. Looking forward to coming back and seeing what new things they have. Some forget to bring a sipper! Sipping on your drink while looking for treasures is the best way to spend your afternoon and I can't wait to do it soon.

Located on 6th street, this shop is your one stop shop for all things Idaho, handmade and incredibly special. You can find blown glass, textiles, soaps, lotions, chocolate, peanuts, ornaments, shave oils, cutting boards, games, mugs, vases, ornaments and so much more. Most of my favorite makers were there (think Ladybug Press, Sawtooth Glass Project, City Peanut Shop, All Spun Up, Sage Woolens, etc.) It felt like a holiday craft bazaar that is open year round and housing the very best products. I found the selection to be varied and affordable. You could find things for men, women, children, pets and even yourself! It bears repeating that you are paying for handcrafted, small-business wares. It is not going to have the same price tag as a manufactured good from a big box store. It will be a higher price tag. I like to think that I'm paying for a story. My purchased items contain all the love, hope, and hard work that each maker poured into their product. I love to give handmade stuff for gifts and I think they are appreciated a lot more than something I could ship from Amazon. The shop keepers were lovely. I think they are some of the makers, but it was so very busy when I went in that I didn't want to bog them down with conversation. If you are looking for special presents, this is the place to go. Enjoy all the treasures.

Each piece of furniture was perfectly placed with the most stunning accessories and accents around it. It was hard not to admire all of it! I appreciate the old Pepsi soda machine, the Nintendo with Super Mario brothers on the TV, ready to be played, the rich plant life that made the place feel alive and vibrant. It was truly like walking back into my past as a kid. Bringing back memories of blowing into the video game so it would play right. Putting a coin in the vending machine to buy a soda for a quarter. Excited to see what kind of fun things I can find. I appreciate how big this location is. All sorts of things you can find here. I did find a couple pieces that caught my eye. I hesitated on a few things cause of the prices they are charging. Just like the other Idaho Youth Ranches in town, you just shake your head at the prices things are priced at. When you're asking for 50 dollars for a vintage item that was donated to you, that screams nothing but greed to me. So much profit to be made off this item. Not one penny was spent to purchase the item to sell at your store but you feel that you're entitled to charge that much. Very sad. The staff was nice. The store was pretty organized. But, I'm just still in awwww at some of the things IYR has priced. The prices have really taken the fun out of finding gems. I would rather other thrift stores that don't price gauge their customers. Now I know why I haven't been here for so long.
