His dad Biz would have always returned a call. I was continually referred out to other people that work in his office yet I could never receive a call back from Andre himself. It's a bummer not being able to speak with the agent who covers our investments.

After leaving numerous messages and sending a letter, but receiving no response from this company…read morewhen I wanted to cancel my policy due to the sale of my property, I found remedy when I filed a complaint to the Office of the Montana State Auditor, Commissioner of Securities and Insurance. It was a simple process to file the form online and the staff was quick and responsive. They dealt with Affordable Insurance/Foremost Insurance on my behalf. I've been told to expect my refund within a few days. (Unfortunately, the person with the Commissioners Office said Affordable Insurance told them they had not heard from me, which of course is untrue as I left messages that they did not return and sent a letter that was not answered. Also, it's apparent from other reviewers here Affordable Insurance has a pattern of ignoring their customers' calls) You can file an insurance complaint at https://csimt.gov/file-a-complaint/

I get that my situation was unique and didn't fit the box of their lenders, but I was having to constantly send in requests for information via phone and e-mail. If I had not been bothering them so much, I wonder if they might not have just replied to me at all. If you're in no rush, super patient, and don't expect timely responses, I'm sure you'll be happy with the team here and I have heard that they are great for Montana based LLC's.
