This is an indoor play area for kids very similar to wacky warehouse, but not linked to a pub,…read morewhich may be a good or a bad thing depending on your point of view. It is fairly small and the under fives area is fairly boring but ableit accessible if your an over anxious first time mum/ parent who likes to constantly be watching your child. Food and drink is ok, i would recommend the nachos but with the amount of cheese on them you may as well spread them on your thighs immediately cause thats where they're gonna end up anyway. The over fives area is compact but looks good fun, wouldnt mind having a go myself! The kids get an excellent workout and you get a an hour or so reading a mag or relaxing. They also do parties and have a party room complete with birthday throne and a big furry mascot who comes out to unintentionally scare the kids. Parking is limited but you can park easily in the shopping centre carpark and if you take your ticket with you they will refund you two hours parking. Overall very reasonable place and makes a change from the wacky!

However as multiplexes go this is alright - I specifically like the sound system. They also do cheap tickets on a Tuesday but it gets busy. Snacks are stupidly expensive as in any multiplex so it's worth stopping at Morrisons beforehand (just a minutes walk away). When booking online you can upgrade your seats for no extra cost however there is no discount for booking online AND you have to pay a booking fee - they really should take a leaf out of the Cineworld on Broad St - why pay the same when booking online and saving them money?? The other thing that irritates somewhat is that they rarely have staff on the ticket desks so you have to buy via machines - loses the personal touch.

Right on my doorstep, this is a great sized cinema that i don't go to enough. I recently saw 'A…read moreGreat Day To Die Hard' and the seats were extremely comfortable, with plenty of legroom, so much so i could almost lie completely flat! Facilities are clean and modern and ticket prices aren't too bad with a peak student costing just £4.95 and their 'Saverday Tuesday's', with all tickets costing just £2.95. Refreshments are the 'usual' cinema prices, with a Morrison's over the road, ample car parking, and located near to a family pub and other restaurants, bowling and Gala Bingo.
