I just recently…read morereceived a bill saying they will not cover the bloodwork (over $3,000) because it was fertility treat. Mind you, it was not. This was just routine bloodwork. I have be deliberately trying to get in touch with Dr. Mahmoud for going on week two now. I've left many voicemails, talked to billing and the office manager (when it doesn't go to voicemail or I don't get hung up on) and they both have promised leaving messages for the doctor and returned calls. Which NONE have happened. My insurance company has been super helpful. They are trying to get in touch with the doctor as well to get it straightened out and they're getting ghosted as well. SO, if you want a stress free experience, this will not be it. ZERO support and accountability when needed.

I was not given two products that I have paid for. She did not want to help me, she did not come up with a solution... All she repeatedly said was "we don't keep those here" but a little later in the day I received a call from a nice gentlemen at the Stuart location who actually took the step to do an inventory count and what do you know ... they were over on the 2 products I did not receive. Yes, I did receive the products I was owed but that does not make up for the way she treated me and the lack of care or compassion she held. This put a horrible taste in my mouth and I will not return to QWLC!
