I have be deliberately trying to get in touch with Dr. Mahmoud for going on week two now. I've left many voicemails, talked to billing and the office manager (when it doesn't go to voicemail or I don't get hung up on) and they both have promised leaving messages for the doctor and returned calls. Which NONE have happened. My insurance company has been super helpful. They are trying to get in touch with the doctor as well to get it straightened out and they're getting ghosted as well. SO, if you want a stress free experience, this will not be it. ZERO support and accountability when needed.
