We had a very early morning flight out of PBI at 6:45am. We were staying an hour away from the airport so we needed a driver to pick us up at 4:45am. Our driver, Neal, called us the night before to confirm our pick up time and location. This made us feel at ease. Neal arrived early and patiently waited for us. He greeted us with a warm "good morning!". I'm glad one of us was awake and alert! :D Neal was very professional. The car was clean and immaculate. The drive was safe and pleasant. I used this service 2 days ago for the first time in a few years and it was as professional and reliable as I recalled. The driver Bob reached out the day before to confirm and was at the airport within a few minutes of my arrival outside for pickup. The vehicle was clean and Bob was very pleasant and professional. Easy to book. We called and setup the pickup date and time in a cinch. Our driver was 15 minutes early and we got to PBI fast. Very pleased with service for pickup at MIA. Company contacted me the day before to confirm pickup and provide assigned driver's name and phone number. After landing, I wasn't off the plane 2 minutes before the driver contacted me with instructions for locating him. He found me at passenger pickup outside before I even spotted his car. Our teenage college daughter was on spring break and needed to get back to the West Palm Beach Airport to fly home sooner than originally planned (things were behind canceled due to corona virus). Promised car never showed up. Instead a minivan from a local taxi service arrived wanting more money then quoted by Treasure Coast. The driver could not operate the credit card interface thus having to pay in cash. Lame excuse why town car was not used and never received a call from Treasure Coast. read more

This review is way overdue. In 2015, my husband, mother-in-law, step son and myself traveled to Australia, with 4 giant suitcases, camera bags and personal items. It was super exciting. I looked up airport transportation and found this company. I emailed and John was very nice and arranged for the pick up from our house in Stuart to Orlando Airport. My main concern was all the luggage fitting as well as us, but assumed that the driver, knowing we are traveling far would know that there will be luggage.. As he pulled up in a mini van, he was not the friendliest guy and mumbled , I don't know how we are gonna fit all that! Honestly that rubbed me the wrong way. However we managed to fit everything and he got us to the airport in a timely and safe manner. Upon our return at midnight almost 3 weeks later, I was expecting a driver to pick us up, I had been told it may not be the same one that took us. I did submit info with my original request for transportation and right before leaving about our return. No one came. There we were stranded in the middle of the night, I tried calling the number I had and it was the first driver, who was obviously asleep and knew nothing. Tried calling the other number, no answer. My husband ended up (after trying 3 rental places) to finally get a tiny rental car, a Mazda 3 , in which we somehow managed to cram 4 adults, 4 giant suitcases and all the other carry on items. We finally made it home at 5 am or so. So the return trip was a bit of a nightmare, traveling almost 30 hours and then having to hunt down a rental and drive home at 2 am without sleep. So needless to say I was very dissatisfied with this company. read more

I had an extremely early flight from the West Palm Beach Airport and was freaking out about how to get there...no way was I asking a member of the wedding party to get up at 5am after the late night party! I contacted Treasure Coast the week beforehand and made the reservation. The driver called me the day before to confirm and was there ten minutes early to pick me up. We had a board meeting at Club Med and TCAS provided rides to and from PBI for all of our board members. They confirmed all of our itineraries beforehand and then called again the day before travel to reconfirm all of our flights and pick-ups. They were all on time and all of the drivers were very pleasant to ride with. I would definitely recommend them - they are extremely professional and the price is very reasonable. read more
